Major Callahan thanks WJ Denver Chapter

For the past three months, the members of the WJ Denver Chapter have been sending care packages to the troops in Afghanistan through Major Bob Callahan, a Verizon manager in the Marine reserves. Following is an excerpt from one of his letters of appreciation. "I received the three boxes you sent yesterday. You guys are truly incredible! My roommates couldn't believe what awesome packages you guys put together. The footballs are great. After we're done throwing them at each other, we are going to give them to some of the local kids. There is currently a toy/clothing drive going on for the local kids. If people are asking what to send, you could suggest toys or clothes for these kids. If they would rather send things for us, your idea of sports equipment is great. The video tape you guys made is outstanding! Home can seem far away sometimes over here, but seeing everyone on that tape made it seem a lot closer. It really meant a lot. Please thank everyone for me.
